It is with deep sympathy that the Kirkwood Fire Department announces:
Ray Kreienkamp, former Assistant Chief for Kirkwood Fire Department, passed away yesterday, 11/15/2016.
Ray was hired on 8/16/1950, promoted to engineer in 1959, captain in 1967 and assistant chief in 1976.
Ray retired from the department on December 31, 1990.
Arrangements are as follows:
Visitation is Tuesday, 11/22nd, @ Bopp Chapel, 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral is Wednesday, 11/23rd, @ St. Clement Church (1510 Bopp Road, 63131), 10:00 a.m.
Burial is at Holy Cross Cemetery (16200 Manchester, 63011)
The family has requested a Fire Department casket vigil at the visitation. A Fire Department processional walk-through will commence at 7:30pm.
