Santen, Lawrence E. fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, died April 28, 2012. Loving husband of the late Sylvia M. Santen; dearest father of Sr. Ann Marie, O.P., Gregory L. (Patsy), William B. (Paula Sue) and Laurie (Beth Buchanan); proud grandfather of Gregory L. Santen, Jr., Maggie Adams (Eddie), Julie Santen and Sylvia Key Santen; beloved brother of the late Mildred Carpenter, the late Raymond H. Santen and William C. Santen (Rita); dear uncle, cousin and friend. Larry was a retired Chief of the Richmond Heights Fire Department, a Navy veteran of World War II, and a fourth degree Knight of Columbus. He has donated his body to St. Louis University School of Medicine. Services: A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 3 at 11:30 am, preceded by visitation with the family at 10:00 am in the All Souls Chapel at the Church of the Little Flower, 1264 Arch Terrace, Richmond Heights. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the Dominican Sisters of Our Lady of the Rosary, 175 Route  Sparkill, NY 10976.
